All scripture is inspired by God." Quick—Do you know where that passage comes from? If you said 2 Timothy 3:16, you're right. Now, what else can you say about 2 Timothy?

Isn’t it ironic that one of the most famous passages in Scripture—a passage about Scripture, no less—is in one of the least known letters of the New Testament? Along with its cousins, 1 Timothy and Titus, 2 Timothy is not the place most people turn for inspiration and guidance. Neither, really, is the very short Letter to Philemon nor the very long Letter to the Hebrews.
