When will my order arrive?

Advent products will begin shipping in October and will continue to ship until the second week in November.
Lent products will begin shipping in January and will continue to ship until the first week in February.
Easter products will begin shipping in February and will continue to ship until the second week in March.
June/Sacrament products will be begin shipping in April and will continue to ship until the second week in May.

How do I pay for my order?

Your parish will receive an invoice for each season after copies are shipped. If you order multiple seasons (Advent, Lent, Easter, and/or June), you will be billed separately for each season.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can adjust quantities for the different seasons after ordering online, however, you must make the changes before the deadline for each season. You will receive an email to confirm your order after it is placed online. The confirmation email will provide you with a deadline so that you will know when to contact us to make any changes to your order.

Why do I need to enter my Parish Customer ID?

We recommend you enter your Parish Customer ID because by doing so you will be able to see the quantities you ordered the previous year. In addition, you will see the address, phone number, and email we have on record so that you can make any necessary changes.

I can’t find my Parish Customer ID. Can I still order products?

Yes, you can order your copies without a Parish Customer ID. It is not required.

I would like to receive copies of The Word Among Us every month not just
during Advent or Lent. How can I do that?

How do I know what the price per copy is for my order?

The price per copy is calculated based on the total number of copies ordered, including all seasons (Advent, Lent, Easter, June/Sacraments) and all products (The Word Among Us, La Palabra Entre Nosotros, Five Minutes, and Cinco Minutos). You receive the best value when you reserve your copies for all seasons in advanced. Remember, you will only be billed for each season separately so you don’t have to pay for all products at once.

How do I calculate the shipping and handling charge?

Shipping and Handling is also calculated based on the total number of copies ordered, including all seasons (Advent, Lent, Easter, June/Sacraments) and all products (The Word Among Us, La Palabra Entre Nosotros, Five Minutes, and Cinco Minutos). The Shipping and Handling charge displayed online is the price for all seasons combined. You will only be billed for a portion of the total shipping and handling charge each season after the copies are shipped.

Does the Spanish edition La Palabra Entre Nosotros include the Mass
readings?

No, La Palabra Entre Nosotros only includes the meditations for each day as well as the featured articles for each season.
