We all know that life can be difficult at times. It wouldn’t be hard for us to come up with a list of woes that plague the world, issues like war, famine, sexual violence, and grinding poverty. In one way or another, we all feel the effects of these woes. Even if our lives are trouble free, just dwelling on tragedies in other parts of the world can make us anxious.
